Siberian cats...

Siberian cats are a person’s best friends. Contrary to popular belief about a cat’s nature, they love their owners and literary never leave their side. These are intelligent, muscular, disease-resistant cats of an exquisite coat. They have a mane, similar to that of a lion’s, an abundant ruff around their neck, and cute long-hair ‘pants’ on the hind legs. The look is completed with a long, fluffy squirrel tail.  Despite its semi-long hair, they do not cause grooming problems, as the coat does not curl and only in the time of hair-shedding, does it require more care. But the beautiful coat is not the only distinctive characteristic of Siberian cats as compared to other breeds. Most of all, it is their unique character – they are very friendly, emotional and they love playing with children. They are often compared to a dog in a cat’s skin. They longingly wait for you and greet you at the threshold, when you come back home. They also help you by sitting near the computer or on the keyboard. And they meow with you when you are having a bad day. Because of their lovable character, intelligence and ability to adapt to new environment, the Siberians are perfect cats for families, elderly as well as other pets.
